We are delighted to introduce to you new faces at Clarendon Parker.

George Smith

George Smith has recently joined the Kuwait team as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in architecture, engineering and construction. He has a strong customer service background, thanks to years of experience in the hospitality industry, which he brings to full potential when communicating with candidates, clients and colleagues. He also has a passion for computers and owned an IT company in his native South Africa for more than four years before moving to the Middle East in 2003. He then began working in the HR and manpower department of a large Kuwait-based contracting company before moving to Clarendon Parker. He is already very much part of the team in Kuwait and we are very pleased to have him on board.

Jessica Taylor

Jessica Taylor is our new DIC-based Senior Contracts Administrator, having taken over from Yvonne Vastenholt who has moved into the sales & marketing recruitment team. Jessica joined the Contracts team in June 2006 and is a valuable asset to the Head Office. The 24-year-old New Zealander has a degree in Communications, which provides the ideal skills to effectively co-ordinate between clients and contractors, and her previous events and promotional experience has given her strong organisational skills, which she uses to the full in this busy team!

Kalavathi Rangarajin

Kalavathi Rangarajan has joined Clarendon Parker as Assistant Finance Manager. Based in the DIC office, she works alongside Finance Manager Lissy Sabu and Accounts Assistant Elizabeth Thomas. India-born Kala has been a chartered accountant for over 10 years and worked in a giant telecoms organisation in India as Finance Officer for 7 years before moving to Dubai and taking up the post of Assistant Finance Manager for a network management company. Kala is also a faculty member for accountancy in a local chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Knowledge Village. She moved to Clarendon Parker in May 2006 and is already a huge asset to the company.

Lee Fox

Lee Fox is the latest addition to the growing IT & telecoms recruitment division in DIC. He has over five-and-a-half years’ recruitment experience in his native England and a strong understanding of clients’ needs, having worked as an in-house recruiter as well as a consultant. Lee also has qualifications in psychometrics and behavioural testing and training. He began focusing on IT & telecoms recruitment in 2005 before moving to Dubai and joining Clarendon Parker in 2006. His strong recruitment expertise and outgoing personality have made him very popular with candidates, clients and colleagues.

Viki Frazer

Viki Frazer has joined the DIC office as a Construction, Engineering and Architecture Recruitment Consultant. She has a very impressive HR background, having worked within the HR department of Kellogg, Brown and Root in her home country Hungary from 1998 to 2004 before moving within the company to Houston, Texas as Human Resources Supervisor. There she was responsible for processing up to 2,000 employees a month, checking critical documentation and co-ordinating with agencies. She also has a degree in Economics (Tourism and Hotel Management) and experience in finance and accounting. Viki moved to Dubai and joined Clarendon Parker in 2006. Welcome to the team, Viki!

Fresh Avila

Fresh Avila has taken up the post of Recruitment Consultant for the growing Abu Dhabi office. The 26-year-old Filipino has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and was Assistant News Editor for the college newsletter. She began her career in Oman in 2000, working in advertising, before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2004 and joining car rental company Hertz as a Business Development Executive. Her excellent communication and sales skills are put to good use in her new position with Clarendon Parker and she is already an integral part of this successful office.
